• We are a smoke-free establishment
• All guests must be accompanied by an adult of 25+

Fees

Tax — Rates do not include state and local tax which are subject to change.  Tax is currently at 10.8%.
Resort Fee — CoralTree Residence Collection Vail reservations will be subject to a taxable 6.5% resort fee which covers varying services at each property.

Housekeeping

Our housekeepers provide trash and towel service daily. Stays of 5+ nights receive a full clean on the fourth day, including a linen change.

We have successfully achieved GBAC Star^™ Facility Accreditation, as verified by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, a division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association. This accreditation is reserved for those facilities that demonstrate the superior ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from biorisk and infectious disease situations.
